I don't understand the question.
First, in every design there is some amount of coupling involved. Without coupling objects wouldn't be able to collaborate, so no work could be done.
Second, there is a myriad of design patterns out there. So the question probably doesn't have a single answer, if it has one.
Why do you care, anyway?
