First of all, the most famous UML.org and OMG's UML site would be the almost perfect site with a lot of resoruces...

But if you got some bucks in your pocket, you won't regret to buy UML Distilled of Martin Fowler... It's a good book to learn UML...

Martin Fowler is awesome (www.martinfowler.com). Scott Ambler is also good and a rising star in my opinion. And don't forget the three amigo's - Booch, Jacobson and Rumbaugh are pioneers. You may here people refer to Boochisms, thoughts and sayings from Grady Booch, they are very popular and widely used.

Check out www.agilemodeling.com/artifacts/ if you're looking for solid overviews of a wide variety of models, including all 13 UML 2 diagrams.

You might find http://www.agilemodeling.com/essays/umlDiagrams.htm to be a better resource if you're only interested in UML diagrams but frankly my advice is to look beyond the UML.
