Hi, ArgoUML cannot do this. Right now you cannot even draw sequence diagrams in ArgoUML (disabled in last version). Maybe you can have a look at Fujaba, a free UML tool providing a special version for reverse engineering. Visual Paradigm professional/standard version has the ability to do some reverse engineering cleanly. Even this tool can not display sequence diagrams.
I use togetherJ and I can do this with that as well. So far, I haven't seen a tool elegant enough to actually draw sequence diagrams for an entire package. TogetherJ can draw sequence diagrams at the class level.
