At ATG, our Customer Education Group is expanding rapidly -- and with this growth comes tremendous opportunity.
We are expanding our training facilities at locations around the globe (including the Greater Boston area, Chicago,
San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Reading UK, Stockholm Sweden, and Australia). We are developing our infrastructure

creating a certified training program.
We are looking for dynamic and energized professionals with technical training and software development
experience to join our top-notch team of instructors.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
 Deliver technical training classes to software engineers who are developing websites using ATG Dynamo.
 Occasionally assist with the development and refinement of other educational courses and programs.
 Participate in the overall development and growth of the Educational Services department.
 Be an subject-matter expert on website development, deployment, and management using ATG Dynamo. Be an
expert in related technologies such as server-side Java (J2EE).

Qualifications:
 Required:
* 3+ years software development experience
* A good understanding of application development is required, including knowledge of application design, operating
systems, databases, libraries, and development environments.
* A solid understanding of object-oriented programming
* experience with C++ and/or Java is very desirable (experience with other object-oriented languages will suffice)
 Highly desirable:
* Experience delivering training on any of the following topics:
- software development
- programming languages (C, C++, or Java)
- object-oriented design or architecture
 Excellent people and presentation skills are required.
 A Computer Science degree is preferred.
 Some travel is required for this position (However, many of the classes that you deliver will be taught at your
local office).

ATG offers an excellent compensation package, including a competitive base salary (to $100K depending on
location and experience), bonus plan, stock options, stock purchase plan, a casual and energized environment, and
other great benefits.
Contact Matt Loughran (mgl@atg.com) with a copy of your resume for immediate consideration.
