I am looking forward for a long term career in US. I have offers from few consultants:

SoftwareArt (also known as Bramha Infotech) (new jersey based)
Fulcrum logic (new jersey based)
multivision-inc (Chicago based)
atlantis-lab (new jersey based)

I understand that consultants do demand for some security deposit initially, that sounds fair too.
What i m concerned is the way they treat us after going to US.... something like not paying paystubs or creating problems in job chage, etc.

if anyone has experience about any of the above mentioned companies, plz share asap.
