Hi,

Is there a way how I can view the subdomains under a domain using LDAP once I authenticate and authorize myself on the directory?

For example, abc.com is the domain and subdomains are a1.abc.com, a2.abc.com, a3.abc.com, a4.abc.com. I need to retrive all the subdomains (in this case a1, a2, a3 and a4).

Can anyone please help me?

I have actually set the form attribute to enctype="multipart/form-data"

Can anyone explain if my approach is wrong? How/where is the instance of a class which implements UploadedFile is created? Still I'm not able to understand how uploadedFile.getName() is accessible when no instance is created. My code in the bean class is as below:

Any help in this regard is grateful

Hi,

I am trying to develop a functionality using Tomahawk.jar

In the JSP, I have used <t:inputFileUpload> tag and I have set the value property to #{documentbean.uploadedFile}. Here documentbean is the bean class and uploadedFile is of type UploadedFile.

When I tried to use uploadedFile.getName(), application is throwing a NullPointerException. On careful examination, I found UploadedFile is an interface.

Do I need to create a class implementing UploadedFile interface and implement all the methods before I use them?

Please help me here as am stuck

All,

Can anyone please clarify the difference between String, StringBuffer and StringBuilder classes in terms of performance. Any significant compile time benefits if we use String objects instead of StringBuffer/StringBuilder objects?

Sorry if there is a post on the same topic before.

Many Thanks

Hi,

I have a query regarding the setHeader() and addHeader() methods belonging to the HttpServletResponse class.

If the header is 'content-type' and already the header exists in the response, then setHeader() will replace the value of the existing content-type with the new value.

But how does the addHeader() method work for content-type? I think browser will be able to recognize only one content type at a time i.e. content-type header cannot have more than one value.

Please let me know how this works or correct me if I'm wrong in my understanding.

Many Thanks
