or you can use your new cfg xml like this

For the first idea, it costs more budget and effort, but it's easy to maintain later.
For the second one, it costs less money and time now, but it will be a nightmare to maintain the jar if the libraries change a lot in future.

According to what you mentioned "I don't foresee the library actually changing that much", I agree with your preference.

let us suppose i create a table in oracle in which one colunm is primary key called empid whcih gets value by using sequence in oracle.

so when i create .hbm file for this table using hybernate so my doubt is that i will use here

<id name="userId" type="string">
<column name="USER_ID" length="256" />
<generator class="assigned" />
</id>

means generator class assigned use or another because here we generate primary key by using sequence in oracle like auto increment

thanks

use it like this
<id name="id" type="long" column="ID">
<generator class="sequence"/>
</id>

By the way, you can read the hibernate reference first next time:)
How about show us your Producer and Consumer?

But you can take a look at the Producer and Comsumer pattern first.

Why not read the handbook of Jprofiler first?

I have a cron job scheduled to run at every hour ;

Suppose I have created another job at 3:38 PM, will it run at 4 PM/5 PM/6 PM or 4:38 PM/5:38 PM/6:38 PM ?

Another question , what would be the cron expression if I want to run the job every hours in besiness hours i.e. between 7 AM to 7 PM.

is this right "0 0 7-19 ? * *" .But sometimes the jobs gets fired after 19 hours also.

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Amol

The fields of crontab expression
minutes hours day_of_month month day_of_week

If I want to run the job every hours in besiness hours, should be like this
0 9-18 * * 1-5
it will run every hour between 9AM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday

At the moment I have the following problem.

It looks like the memory grows significally when I just redraw plot in my application. After several redraws I receive

It looks like memory leak. But how can I identify it using the profiler? I look at the objects with the growing memory and all that objects are not from my packages, but from the packages Eclipse TPTP calls 'default'. These objects are arrays of primitives. And their size grows with each redrawal of my plot, though it shouldn't. How can I identify where is the problem?

Did you try to add parameters "-Xms128m -Xmx256m" to increase memory when you run it?

Hello,
I think it would work all right.

Hello,
I am totally agree wiht you
Hi,all
But I always think we start a thread only by calling the start method, never the run method.
Hello all,
It is really interesting.

Hello,
I don't think Polymorphism calls depends RTTI.
Polymorphism and RTTI are different concepts.
What is polymorphism?
In object-oriented programming, polymorphism is the ability to process objects
differently denpending on their data type or class. For example, given a base class
shape, polymorphism enables the programmer to difine different area methods for any
number or derived classes, such as circles, rectangles , etc. No matter what shape an
object is, applying the area method to it will return the correct results.
In java, we get an object via reference. For example, Shape shape = new Circle();
shape get the reference to "new Circle", so the will know the exact type at runtime.
But I am not sure, so please let me know when you get the answer

'synchronized' void?
We can only synchronize either a object or a class.

Hello, everyone!
I have tried to find out how does the container manage sesssion.
I have deleted all the cookies, the container still able to find the session.
I guess that the cookie has been loaded in memory, although you have delete all cookies,
you cannot delete the cookie in the memory.
If you delete all the cookies, close current browser , and open your page in another browser
you will never find the session any longer.

Hi,
I don't think user can access the page by typing a URL into browser without being logged in.
Evey function of the system should check whether a user has logged in. We can set the user infomation into the session, then check whether the infomation is there!
