Thanks for your help Paul.
I've checked my services to see if RAD is a started service. I don't see RAD specifically, but I do see "IBM Rational Agent Controller" is started. Is this okay? I stopped it and tried to start my server, but it had no effect.
I want to update to 22.214.171.124, but am not able to find it when searching for updates using IBM Rational Product Updater within RAD6. Did I need to upgrade some other way?
I think the way to see what is listening on a specific port is to use IE and type in http://localhost:8880
(or whatever port I'm checking). Is this correct? This is what I got for port 8880:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
- <SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
<SOAP-ENV:Header xmlns:ns0="admin" ns0:WASRemoteRuntimeVersion="126.96.36.199" ns0:JMXMessageVersion="1.0.0" ns0:JMXVersion="1.2.0" />
<faultstring>...a long Base64-encoded string...</faultstring>
