I think, we can create a separate section under "Jobs Discussion" called "Indian IT Companies" where we can create separate threads for each company and under each thread, we can put info about any of the companies we know about...

I have around 1 year 3 months exp. in C#, ASP.NET, SQL2000 server.
At present I am in CTS, chennai. I require a job in pune.

CTS pays 2.6 (LPA) for people with 2 yrs exp !!

ya... but still, I want to change immediately (for some strong personal reasons....) Will it be a big problem ?

I am a graduate from REC trichy... So how much can i expect now? I am getting 2.4 @ CTS now...
