I guess you have not understood the Indian Job market yet .Every SW professional in India is having 3-4 jobs in hand when they want a job switch .This is happening because all MNCs and indian companies are at hiring spree to get the cost advantage.
Gone are the days when candidates were running after companies..Now its companies turn to run after this SW professionals.
I guess you are also in to India for this cost advantage ..why someone will be interested in your unbranded startup when they have offers from reputed branded companies ? You need to treat all the candidates well to attract them as well as retain them ...

How much you need to pay to your current employer ?
In my opinion If you are really interested in the next job , you should pay the same from your pocket or take a loan to pay .Just forget about one month's salary at your next employer ! Anyway , you are going to get great salary and onsite also in short time so that should compensate your losses ..

I assume

Devlopment --> Coding work for software
Impelementation --> Implemeting the software for particular company which does not involve much coding but adapting the software as per the company's business requirement

Hmmm ..I guess the days are not far when US citizens will be queuing for Indian work Visa..And Indian Government will think of putting a limit to that kind of Visa .Rest will be dissappointed

Cognizant is not Indian company but US company ..

Sorry but I completely disagree with you that as subsidiaries can hire the people locally they do not need people on H1B .What if they need the people near to US client (In service companies)or lets say to work with US teams(in product companies) ?? Also , do you mean to say if they required to work in US timezone then , this talented people will work in their night shifts from India and China ???

Just check out what kind of project you will be working on in Infosys..What I have heard is they have mostly maintenance kind of projects..Other than work quality everything (work culture /onsite / etc.) is good..

At present in dream company poll current rankings are

1)ORACLE
2)SAP
3)INFOSYS

So , clearly product companies are ahead of service companies ..Although this poll gives general idea everyone might be intersted what does make this companies better ? For this I am planning to create database based on different areas in the companies e.g. training / leaves / loans /onsite / processes etc ..Request you all to give your inputs on what else I can add in this database to make this useful for everyone ..
