I am current working in MNC Company. My manager told that he will process H1B for me.
I have small problem in my education and experience.
I have 4 + years experience in java/J2ee. I did my regular MSC and do job in small software company.
At the time of joining MNC Company I show only my degree. Because at the time of joining I am not get my certificates of MSC
Now my problem is I done my MSC in 2004 and I have 4 + years experience. If I take my education consideration I will have only 2 + years experience only.
Can I explain to my manager about my MSC degree and apply for the H1B with 2+ year�s experience.
If I did like that is there any chance to terminate my job in MNC Company.
Or can I Apply with 4 + years experience for H1B with my degree. I unable to decide any thing.
Please advice�.
