I know only few patterns. And I need to read other patterns. I am not sure whether I need to just understand different patterns or I really need to understand its implementation for PART I. So, please advise.

I am preparing for PART I. I read all posts available here and collected information. Other than that if you company is ready to pay (around 2100$) then I will recommand that you take Sun SL-425 course.
