Hi Jorge,
Try this stuff :
Context ctx = new InitialContext();
DataSource ds = (DataSource)ctx.lookup("java:comp/env/jdbc/DataSource");
Connection conn = ds.getConnection();
where jdbc/DataSouce is name of your datasource which u have created using admin console of websphere.
I guess something is wrong with your connection? also please check the user name and password too. It should be in proper case I think.

Hi Kavita,
Can u plz tell me which version of websphere u are using? I have websphere4.0 with me.
Try to configure the connection pool. minimum connection should be 1 and maximum should be 10(preferable) also enable auto cleanup of connection and increase the time out period for the different options.
let me know if these doesn't work.

Hi Priya,
Are u using relative path for loading images? just change it to absolute path : <A HREF="http://<hostname rel="nofollow">:<portnumber>/images/<filename>" TARGET=_blank>http://<hostname>:<portnumber>/images/<filename>;
for testing purpose.
also make sure that images directory is there in htdocs folder.
and check the error log file.

Hi Kavita,
I am using websphere4.0. In websphere4.0 what happens actually is that suppose your bean name is CustomerBean then it assums your table name as Customer. It extracts table name from the bean. I have no idea which version of websphere you are using.

Hi,
I have a session bean deployed in the EAServer(Appserver from sybase) which calls another bean from the
Websphere4.0. Since IBM uses its own jdk, I am facing problem while getting the InitialContext. It returns Null. Someone told me that this is something related to CORBA stuff.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thanx in advance.

Hi Roopa,
I was facing same kind of problem. What I did is that I first installed http server and then I have installed application server and when I was installing application server it asks for the web server to use. So use pre installed http server.
it should work.

Hi Rohit,
check the method signature and case of the method in the bean class. Maybe something wrong with the method name I guess.
