Hi Crupa,

The new version of EJB exam is more focused and tougher than previous ones. You have to spend considerable time preparing for this certification (EJB 3.1). However, it does worth it as the new exam will be much recognised int the IT market. Shall you decide to go for SCBCD 5 please make sure it is as soon as possible for, Oracle might retire it soon. My advice, in case you have enough free time, is to go for the new exam. First, check the new exam requirements and find a link for stuy resources in this forum.
Hi Every one,

FYI: An interesting book that would be of great help while preparing for the new EJB 3.1 exam.

Hi ranchers,
I am currently preparing for the SCBCD5 exam, and have a question about exam objective section 7: Identify correct and incorrect statements or examples about container managed persistence context. Does it mean EJB 2.1 CMP is included in the new SCBCD5 exam. I fully appreciate your help on this matter.
