  • Hide the dropdowns while the "modal dialog" is displayed.

Yeah the iframe part worked for me.
    Thanks.
Well I was facing the same issue as Amol had, but I removed the timeZone attribute from the <f:convertDateTime /> tag, and guess what I got it on the track.

    Hi All,
I don't know whether its a stupid question or not, but I am a little bit curious about this.
So my question is can we change the location of a deployment descriptor in a web application from WEB-INF to some other place.
Can we move it outside the WEB-INF or can we put it inside any subdirectory of WEB-INF.

If yes then where should we have to mention it, so the container gets to know about it.

    Thanks

The problem is simple buddy, the query syntax you are using supports Oracle 9i and higher. Its called ANSI/ISO Syntax. Instead of using this, try the older one, which most of the developers use to avoid the error.
    It goes like this.

This is the example of left outer join. The (+) operator is on the left side of the compare operator, if you put it on the right side you'll get the right outer join.

I hope this helps you out.

    Hi all,

I guess I solved the problem. After posting the problem here I installed a FTP client, CuteFTP and did the same thing and i figured it out through the console that it was doing the same thing but for the response 125 which means data connection already open it was uploading the file. So i made the changes in my code and its working perfect.

The changes i made in the above code was at line 207:
so instead of the previous line

    I changed it to

Now I am going to write the download code, and as soon as i'll come up with it, i'll post it here.

Thanks Joe for the reply but I think that the problem is not with the code part, because I am able to make the connection. When I am trying to write the file then the reader gives the response for Access Denied.

    Hi All,
I m working on a module in which I have to generate sales report and then transfer it to a server using FTP connection. The file generation part is working very well. I am using an open source FTP code known as SimpleFTP which I have modified a little bit.
The problem occurs while uploading the file. Its showing Error 125: Data connection already open; transfer starting.
Could any one please suggest me what is the problem. I am attaching the code snippet below.
The file path is hard coded for the test purpose.
The host, user name and passwords have been modified to xxx

    Waiting for your reply...

    Hi all,
I m working on a module in which i have to upload an image, create its thumbnails and then display it. I m using struts2 copyFile() method for this. In the normal case everything is working perfect. Now I want to rename the actual file with the datetime stamp and then upload it so that i can distinguish two files. Here is the method i m using for it.

You can see in the code i m using two variables uploadedDateTime for the time stamp thing & uploadFileExt which returns the file extension.
Now suppose if i m uploading a file abc.jpg from any location i want to rename it with uploadedDateTime.jpg and then upload it.
Now as the code show, I m also deleting the original file and leaving only two thumbnails on the system.
So I need suggestions or help. Mean while I m also trying & if i'll find any solutions i'll update it.
    Thanks
