Take a print out of the below pic and hang it in your cubicle.Believe me it helps Lumbar and Cervical disc problems.Exercise, strengthen your muscles, that way you can withstand more stress with less pain. When not using keyboard ,take off your hands from it

No there are no such referral programs which are Legal. Its probably the Desi consultant who wants to make money by applying for H1-B.You might get some incentives and gifts for which they don't need your Tax ID and SSN.

Thanks everybody for the reply .

I did resign the company two months prior thinking that they will relieve after 2 months notice period after putting my Resignation. They relieved me within three days (as I was on bench) ,they have also given me the relieving letter and experience letter which is one good thing.I dont intend to join the same company in future

The bond was I have to be with this company for 6 months after my return from onsite of 6months.

And Manish Godbole,Thanks for advise.

I would not like to spend my money because I was forced to leave the company before I completed my bond period just to join my husband in USA on H4 visa and do nothing here .I left the company thinking my husband would pay for these damages .The amount is Rs 135000,additionally I lost my PF Rs 36000 and 17 days salary as well.

Hello friends,

I worked for a MNC in India and when I got married last year I had to break a bond of six months of which I served 4 months and joined my husband in USA.I am supposed to pay a huge amount which my husband denies to pay me in return. I was on bench for 4 months so if I had joined any project I would have served only two months.MNC started sending me letters regrading this, until one day they sent me a legal notice.I could not collect my Provident fund and neither last month payslip nor Form 16.Now ill begin searching for jobs in india. Will I be asked about these documents .

I fell its unethical not pay this company at the same time I cannot fight with husband.

Someone please suggest.

Thanks in advance
