This may be depend on attitude of a person.....I have cleared both exams,i can say both exams questions are of same difficulty level but yes,some questions in scwcd are straight forward...you may know the answer or not...it was just a matter of remembrance.

As far the book is concerned, I recommend HFSJ 2nd edition for SCWCD 5.This is a nice book from oReilly...
congrats dude.............

Prepared Statement has a big deal on performance..As database query string which only compiles at database engine one time rather than Statement query which got compiles every time you execute query....

More on this-
PreparedStatement
According to my knowledge, you can not handle two session on a application from same client at a time...

JSP
Hello guys.....I have a JSP page on which about 10 on concurrent database connections work in parallel. and so much of calculation on these data going on...

I have used database connectivity directly on JSP page,i know its not a good practice but for that time its was my requirement to do work ASAP.

But now page is taking so much time in loading approx 1 min...I have tried connection pooling but all in vain..........

please reply........what can i do for reducing that time ??

JSP
default value assigned only for instance variables....not for method local variables....

in your code,d is local to main method.. and hence not initialized....if you declare that as class variable then it would be initalized to "null"..

like-

class TestD
{
Demo d;
public static void main(String ar[])
{
System.out.println(d); //print null
}

you can display hyperlink in browser by following way:-

<a href="http://passwordchange.com">Change your Password</a>

but I am not getting what logic you have used there ?? I think using of try/catch blocks would be on next page.
