Hi All,

I am using Apache Axis wsdl2java along with xmlbeans binding to generate web service client from WSDL.. In the generated client it is observed that even simpleType element is created as a seperate class instead of a class member.. Please advice how to generate the client such that only complextype elements should be as classes and simpletype elements as class members...

Thanks in advance.

Using Axis wsdl2java I am trying to generate the client with the following command

>>%AXIS2_HOME%/bin/wsdl2java -uri abc.wsdl -d xmlbeans

Note: wsdl has many xsd's referenced

Client is getting generated succesfully.. But while compiling due to deep xsd schema inner class name result too long and compilation getting failed..

Please provide any solution to overcome..

1) wsdl file is importing xsd schema
2) schema is having nested elements with same name
3) while java classes getting created , nested class with same name as enclosing class getting created and leading to compile errors

Please advice

Hi ,

Can anyone please provide an idea to solve the below problem.

Below part of xml is part of xsd file which intern is used by WSDL file..
<xs:element name="ABC" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="60">
<xs:complexType>
<xs:sequence>
<xs:element name="test">
<xs:complexType>
<xs:sequence>
<xs:element name="test" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="9">
<xs:complexType>

with the above xsd,, inner class and enclosing class are getting generated with same class name "test" while generating the client using wsimport & xjc and causing fault source code creation.

Please provide how to handle with this..

Thanks Jeff.

Could you please clarify me on the below..

Two JVM's are running.. and each JVM process will create an object of certain type for every 2 seconds.. JVM1 ecncountered OOME error.. and so is it not necessarily that JVM2 will also get OOME because of certain operation taken by OS..? Also is heap memory is global or can also be shared/allocated to each JVM during the launch of JVM.. I Mean, is it possible to dedicate some heap memory for JVM 1 and some to JVM 2 independently...if yes please tell me how to ?

Thanks for all your reply..

So shall i deduct from the above that if one JVM process will come across Out Of Memory error, it will not impact another JVM execution.. ?

Hi,

Could any one please help me in understanding the following.

Is it possible to have two JVM processes running under single CPU at same time..?
If yes how heap memory is shared across two JVM's?

Thanks in advance

Stephan van Hulst wrote:I usually use arrays for internal fixed-size storage. By internal I mean local variables or private fields that are never reachable from the outside.

In this case, I find arrays easier to use. However, I never return arrays from public or protected methods, because they are covariant and break compile time type checking.

Are there any specific advantages of Arrays in searching,sorting,iterating over Arraylist? Any answer where arrays are vastly used?

Hi All,

Can any one please tell me how "Arrays are better than ArrayList"?

Hi All,

I have a scenario ..

An abstract class is having a static variable which should get incremented by 1 everytime when an object of this class type is created.. Can any one suggest how my abstract class code should be?

actually.. I was asked to implement "Queue" functionality using Arrays and with out using any API.. and emphasized on how can I make arrays dynamic with out any collection API?
