Thank you very much. Your example pointed me in
the right direction.

Hello
Does anyone know how to combine tif files using java (or any other tool). For example I have a CD where someone has scanned multiple page documents into a tif format. The users want the multiple page documents combined into 1 document.
Thanks

I want to use a Sybase set option, SET ROWCOUNT 50. I want to use this for only 1 query. How do I use JDBC to accomplish this? I tried using rs.setFetchSize(50) and it does not seem to work. I am using weblogic connected to Sybase.
Thanks
Jessica,
Yes I am using an ODBC connection to SQL Server 7.0. The NT Server I was testing on has jdk1.1.8.
I installed jdk1.3.1 and the error no longer occurs. Hopefully this has solved the problem.
Thanks

I have a servlet that contains logic and also displays the html for a page that can contain sensitive data. I need a short term fix. If someone else uses the same computer I do not want them to be able to get the URL the previous person used. The server session timeout is 30 min. Can I set the response header to achieve this?
Thanks

Thanks Dave. I'll go for inserting a value that can't be used for normal business.
When inserting a record from my jsp page into Sybase my date is displayed as Wed Dec 31 16:00:00 PST 1969. The date field is blank on my jsp page but the database requires a value on insert. I am using the pPreparedStatement ps.setNull(1,java.sql.Types.Date) I really want the date to be null in the database. How can I get past this value being displayed in the database?
Thanks.
