Hi,

I'm new to Ruby. Does anyone know how to use Ruby to write an Http test client?

What I want is, I want a test script which can automatically fill in the form variables on my web site and do tests automatically. Is Ruby capable of doing that?

Thanks!

Here is the whole error message:
Oops, sent out by mistake.

I mean to add the code and table here:

1. Event.java:

2. Event mapping file:

3. events table:

Anything else I should post here to be helpful to answer my question?

Thanks!
Jenny
Hi everyone,

I'm new to Hibernate. I tried to use the examples in book 'Hibernate Quickly', but using Oracle instead of MySQL. However I got the error:
So that means XMLHttp is not a safe method to use because users may disable the ActiveX controls? Does it mean it's better to use the hidden frame technique?

Thanks!
Jenny
I've developed a web site which uses XMLHttp for Ajax implementation. However, I read it some where that, XMLHttp is depending upon ActiveX controls to be enabled. My question is, how can my users disable ActiveX controls?

Thanks!

Okay, bad boy, giddy-up!
Thank you both. There are so many nice experts out here!
I think I know why my program is wrong. The returned xml document can only have one root element. I should return something like this:

<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<Root>
<Entry>
<Dealer>407209</Dealer>
<Device>33333</Device>
</Entry>
<Entry>
<Dealer>405A11</Dealer>
<Device>33334</Device>
</Entry>
</Root>

Am I correct? If so, I need some assistance to parse this document. Does anyone have some sample code snippets?

Thanks!

Hi,

I'm new to Ajax. Does Ajax have a limit on how big the xml document returned by the jsp should be? I have this weird problem... My Jsp returns an xml document like this:

<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<Entry>
<Dealer>407209</Dealer>
<Device>33333</Device>
</Entry>
<Entry>
<Dealer>405A11</Dealer>
<Device>33334</Device>
</Entry>

And FireBug gave me an error:

junk after document element

<Entry> ^

This <Entry> refers to the second <Entry> element. Why is this happening? How can I fix it?

Thanks,
Yi

P.S. my jsp looks like this:

Would you please help me? Where can I find the doc for deploying ear in Websphere 5 admin console?

Thanks!

Hi all,

I want to thank all the people here who have helped to nail this exam. I got 85% on 10/8/05. However, until now, I haven't received the 'real' certificate from Sun. Does anybody know what number I should call for this issue?

Thanks!
Jenny
Thanks, guys, for your reply.

I'm not going to write my own wsdd or wsdl. I have complex return types in my methods. Java2WSDL can generate them in a snap!
