When we're creating the object of a sub class is it that the super class is loaded automatically?
Why is the Instance block of Sub processed before the Static block?

The output is:

Static block in Super
Instance block in Super
Instance block in Sub
Static block in Sub
Main in Sub

I have the specific requirement to use odbc driver for my application.....
Please post only if you have a solution for the above...
my system has Windows7 64 bit OS.
I've been trying to connect mysql using Type I driver in Windows 7.
I have installed MySQL connector 5.2.
Selected my DSN properly
I've used the following code:
Class.forName("sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver");
con = DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:odbc:dbmysql","root","firoj");

The error it is showing is:
java.sql.SQLException: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] The specified DSN contains an architecture mismatch between the Driver and Application
