Would I be inaccurate if I was to say a typical Bachelors Degree Undergraduate/ graduate would have major difficulties facing SCJD. I am sure it would be difficult also for Mr Joe Likely with mild learning difficulties.

The thing I need to prove my programming competence to make a point. However, the only real hard proof is my SCJD. Most non-IT people will not know what that is ,or might not consider it that difficult a European Computer Drivers Licence ECDL, which I just completed a few months back. In comparison to the SCJD, ECDL is like a Micky Mouse Certificate.
I have always wanted to know what a SCJD is equivalent to in difficulty. Though it can be difficult to make a comparison to such things as University degrees such a Bachelors, Masters, or University diploma in IT, as they can take a few years to complete.

It is the Local Authorty that does this kind of thing. When the Metropolitan police fine you, speeding and jumping traffic lights, they put points on your licence as a deterrent. The dont want you to break the law.
When the Local Authorities fine you, they make a profit, it wouldnt be in there interest to put points on your licence, they are just after the money. I wouldnt mind if the money from the fine goes to my own Local Authority Croydon Council but it goes to Camden Councils. Camden council is quite literally subsidising its own residence council tax( Local Tax) with money from residence of other Local Authorities and foreign visitors.

How does Functiona Programming Methodoloy come into it. Lisp programming language is the main language of Functional programming methodoloy.

I still have my doubts about OOP methodology. Wasn't Linux written using C.
I still love the way you explained it though.

Arranged marrage, I don't think much of it. Do you know that 1 in 7 of all arranged marrages end in a divorce

I have no problems with speed camaras I just simply below 34mph until road signs tell me otherwise. The problem is being cought out by missleading road signs and being fined because of it.

What can they say to me, stop and think next time

Not for speeding, for going down a road that only taxis and public transport buses are allowed down. They don't get pulled over, but get detected by a CCTV Camera and sent a bill though the post. The goal is to have CCTV cameras that can automatically detect all kinds of traffic offences other then speeding and jumping traffic lights.

I got a ticket for driving down a road that is no access for cars or motorcycles only for buses and taxis. I will not go into the details but 40% of cars end up with a Penalty-Charge-Notice of 50 because they did not see the signs and end up going street down that road.

In the last two hours 50 drivers got caught going down this road (ST Pancras Road, Camdon). Some of my workmates answer to this is Did they have a sign saying you cannot go down the road and when I say Yes They said I am in the wrong and better of paying without complaining. And this is regardless of whether 50% of driver get caught going down that road.

Being bitter by rattlesnakes can be fun, being a passenger in of a maniac cab driver; jumping into an a pool of ice; sweltering in the desert with no water; being beaten up by Chinese guys; but being single is no fun whatsoever.

I have decided, after asking around that I should give Valentines Day a miss because it is too much too soon after going a first date last saturday. However, I wonder if I should Text her or call her on that day.

At day release English class, I found someone that I really like and very compatible, with, very much so compared with 99 percent of woman. We had a date on Saturday, which I enjoyed bla bla bla. The problem is that Valentines Day is coming up and it seems to be a bit rushed a little. I mean, I don’t even know her address so I cannot even post her a Valentines card. Should I meet up with her at a coffee or Wetherspoons pub? If I do decide to give her a valentine’s card, I would not know what to put onto it.
