there is nothing on the voucher that confirms or denies its validity only in US. If what you are saying is true, I am fine with anyone who wants it.

I have a Sun certification voucher for SCJP 1.4 valid in USA. I purchased this for $200, but can sell it for around $150. I think it should be possible to use this for SCJP 1.5 but please confirm on your own if you want to do that.
The expiry of this voucher is 31st Oct 2007.

I have a 1.4 voucher valid in US which I need to sell, dont know if it can be used in India.

What I was trying to find out was if there is a idl2java compiler involved between the IDL and org.w3c.dom package( or is it simply following the same naming convention). In the first case it is possible that there are corrosponding C++ etc. packages again compiled from DOM specification IDL.

and since I dont know, what is the difference between static and dynamic compiled code. In Java a compiled code is a compiled code
(which is not machine code). So when it is changed into machine executable code, is it static or dynamic in nature?

I was thinking more in the light of the fact that IBM has been asking Sun to let java become an open standard (as in ISO Standard). Is this more of a possibility now..

I have one question regarding JAXP. JAXP follows the DOM Interfaces defined by w3c. However the DOM Interfaces of w3c are language neutral, defined in IDL. So I would assume that the JAXP implements the Interfaces which are converted from IDL to Java first. Am I correct..
