With two cameras strategy (SLR + pocket camera) G9 would be good substitutio for SLR and it is much smaller. The only thing that is missing is wide angle. How about getting G9 + pocket camera with wide angle.
I'm looking for the best deal and it means 1) 2 or 3 year old used car (steepest price drop) 2) low or medium milage 3) preferably still under warrenty 4) late model year (first model year is the worst) 5) low fuel consumption 6) avoid most popular makes like Honda (price inflated by demand) 7) model dealerships have a lot of due to expired leases (large pool to choose from)
