i visited ibm site for soa certification. they list 30 books (links). i downloaded 3 books and found every book has 500 pages. it's funny for me to go though all these heavy books.
This certification is not popular? or because it is still emerging.
What certification should I work on after SCEA?
But, how about specs of CDC/FP/PP/PBP?
There are several spec like CLDC,CDC,etc. Which one should I study for scmad? Or, all?
First, I took too much time on Part II. It last for about 1 year since I past Part I. I decided to complete it about 1 month ago, and finished it in about 2 weeks. I bought several books, but never read them. That's bad.
Second, I think we should have a realistic solution in this assignment, don't try to work on a ideal, perfect solution. Of course, we should understand what drawback the solution is. So that, we can explain it in Part III. In Part III, I try my best to persuade the examiner to give me 100%.
I wouldn't say too much about detail of my solution. But I will try to answer your questions.
Some classes in my class diagram have methods and attribute, but some doesn't. I even know somebody didn't put any method and attribute in diagram, but passed the exam. I slightly changed BDM.
My class diagram has several EJB just like a certification guide book did.

one way is to draw every entity bean and put a note which says they are composite entity bean.
another way is use a package icon and stereotype it as composite entity bean.
is there any better way?
Is there anything?
I saw a lot of people just put business domain class in the class diagram. Also, the sequence diagram will become mess if we put all classes in it.
I put subsystem instead of detail components, so that the component diagram is very small.
BTW, I have a very small set of class in my class diagram too. I don't know whether my class diagram is ok.
While I want to use more pattern in this sequence diagram, I find
this diagram becomes too big?
Does anybody have better solution?
"System returns the list of credit cards on file"
what is on file? what file? confused.
Bijan. Great Job. Congratulation.
I'm working on the assignment, and planning to use WAF too. But I find it's very difficult to depict HTMLAction/EJBAction in sequence diagram/component diagram. These classes make the diagram mass.
