Hi Sameer,

                  Welcome and thanks a lot for a much required book Architect Interview. Here are my few questions.

                  What is the best approach (It'l be good if can elaborate) while architecting any problem?

                  Since an architect need not stick to a domain (banking, billing ,etc), what should be the answer to the question as to why are you chaniging the domain and how you approach with the new domain?

                  How much breadth and depth should an architect delve into on various topics?

                  What qualities are expected from a good architect?

My questions are:
1. What is the process to make a better suitable technology decision for choosing Java EE or Spring or other related frameworks for any enterprise projects.?
2. Now that the training is mandatory for the certification and which is very costly, will the certification is still viable for the people like me thinking of taking the certification?

I am looking for step by step tutorial to start deploying and web and ejb applications on websphere 6 server. It will be helpful if you suggest any good study materials on this (especially apart from redbooks).
