I believe what u said is not correct and is a fact about servlets. Using jsp we can just use plain html and java code is written within scripting elements

Thanks..
I got it. I was not able to find, where the class was in my machine. Also its not documented. I later found, its in rt.jar in the jre folder of java.

Equating an array to null and equating an element of an array to null makes the difference as in the following code.

Hi,
Here the catch is that when u do something like i = i++ the incrementation will never take place.
ie, in your case i is always equal to zero.
Also try a search for this topic in this forum, u will find a lot of discussions.
Hi Aruna,
I havent done any modifications to your array. Just go through this and find out. I have just intented your array so that it becomes self-explanatory.
Could somebody provide a definition for interfaces and abstract classes. I know how to work with it but was unable to provide a definition for both when asked(in an interview). Be prepared for such questions when u face a java interview.
Thanx in advance

Thread class inherits the method from Object class. So 1 is also correct

Tomcat is the Reference Implementation for the Java Servlet 2.2 and JavaServer Pages 1.1 Technologies.
Apache cannot handle jsp or servlets alone. Tomcat acts as a plugin to handle jsp and servlets.
Hope this helps

You are right. Also just have a search with the word "BOOM" and you will get a lot of explanations for the answer
In still other words...
1)rep(temp,temp1)
temp -------"blah"-------a
temp1-------"blah"-------b
2) b.append(" yar") // changes the object b points to.

temp -------"blah"-------a
temp1-------"blah yar"---------b
3)a=b // Now a also points to the same object as b.

temp -------"blah"
a-------b-----"blah yar" --------temp1
