Hello,
Sorry if I haven't made my question quite clear. I don't want to validate my XML documents against the Schema. But I want to validate my schema itself. Hope I am able to convey the right question now.
Thanks,
Hemant
Hello,
I wanted to know whether there is any third party library available for validating XML Schema. To give an example of a validating parser, Wutka provides a parser for validating a DTD. It checks all the syntax and the contents of a DTD file. Similar to that, I wanted a parser for validating a XML Schema. Please let me know if any third party library is available or URL for it will also be appreciable

You need to do two things
1. On the submit form, you need to call a function as
<FORM name="xyz" onsubmit="return yourfnname()">
You have to write the code in onsubmit of the form and not onclick of the button which you are pressing.
2. In yourfnname(), you have to add the following code :
function yourfnname(){
if(confirm("Do you want to Submit the data")== true){
// If some processing needs to be done, do it here
return true;
}
return false;
}
Hello all,
I have HTML pages where the text to be displayed in a cloumn can be a very long string. So I have used the stylesheet as
<style type="text/css">
td{
word-wrap: break-word;
}
</style>
This works fine in IE and display just perfect. But in netscape 7.0, this doesn't work and the page size increases very badly.
Any solution how to fix it in Netscape too?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
I have a application where users upload images to the server. I am using Tomcat 4.1.27. The folder structure is as below :
webapp
|__application
|__images
|___data
|___temp
Images uploaded by user are temporarily stored under webapps/application/iamges/temp folder. After processing the image, its preview is displayed to the user and once he submits the page, the image is copied with a different name to the data folder.
When the image preview is displayed, it is displayed using line
<IMG src="/application/images/temp/tempimagename.jpg" >
Now my problem is, I don't want the user to access any file under temp or data folder. If the user types such a url in the browser, he shouldn't be allowed to view the file.
http://url ort/application/images/temp/tempimagename.jpg or
http://url ort/application/images/data/imagename.jpg
At the same time, I have a functionality for the admin, where he will be displayed with the image as
<IMG src="/application/images/data/imagename.jpg" >
Is it possible to restrict the user? How can I block any direct access to the file.
Please help me ASAP.
Thanks in advance
