There are companies that give more than 40-50 , but now a days there is so much competetion for that and also god only knows when those opennings will come.

There are quite a few start ups comming up with funding ! surely not like 99s but well be aware of Cyanea , and be more aware if you are joining Professional Services. Not because company is not doing well, its just they dont know how to treat a person good.
They lack basic behaviour skills !
But BTW there are many other start ups especially in bay area comming with funding. I guess one should be looking for them as they give quick money for us who have see big dollars a years and years ago !
