jstl 1.0 or jstl 1.1?

someone in orielly beijing told me,there three ways you can follow:
1.contact with china press bureau
2.buy it on net.
3.find someone abord,let them fetch one for you.
so, I give it up.

Whenever there is a problem occured,first palce you should go is C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Tomcat 4.1\logs\,see log file for some exception informations!
by the way the standards doGet signature is
public void doGet(HttpServletRequest request,HttpServletResponse response) throws IOException,ServletException { }

cheng is right!The final solution is custom tag,you can do everything with it,and it's a new place for scriptlet.

Can I call Integer.toString() without scriptlet?I mean there's only standard actions,jstl and expression language?

It's really works on String,but if you try java.lang.Integer ,oops!
