before i get an indoor cat, i got to cat proof my home: put a lid on trash can,......

in the case of marriage, i suppose there should be some kind of pre marriage agreement. because i do not like the idea of splitting of michael jordan's asset when he divorced.

yes it is a joke, yes it is funny, but award winning?

in fact, the funniest thing about this joke is the concept 'award winning joke'

what a game last night.

tim duncan missed 4 free throws, and easy dunk at buzzer to victory.

rashed wallace call time out at the end of game, a technical foul, will cost detroit the game, luckly, time run out before he called the time out.

.....

now heading to san antonio for the last 2 games, detroit trails by one game. seems like they are finished.

but you never knows, detroit most likely will win game 6, then it is game 7. there is no home court advantage for game 7. The better team wins.

obviously, i can not save the day just by myself. instead, i should probably save myself first.

by the way, gm gives everybody discount, same as gm employees. if people all over the country buy gm cars. that will work.

up front, i like suv and minivan.

but financially, buying a new car is probably not a good idea. i really like a new range rover, but it costs over $60,000, with that money, i can pay off the smaller loan on my rental property, that will put me in a better position in term of cash flow and refinance. i also like hummer, ......

after going through these thoughts, i think i am leaning toward mazda mpv and tribute, if i can get a good deal on trade in.

if i can not get a good trade in, does it make sense at all to have 2 cars all to myself? by the way, i may move my home 600 miles next month.

solution, solution, solution!

anybody from jerusalem by any chance?

working around detroit area, one benefit is discount on new car purchase. like right now, i can buy most ford (include mazda, volvo, land rover, jaguar), gm, chrysler for up to $4,000 less market price.

i am thinking to buy a new vehicle, and trade in my jeep. take into consideration all factors: life style, plan for future, resale......what is your choice?

some thoughts:

1) why usa has so many import from china? choice of capitalism. to make any product, you need investment. where do you want to invest? sounds like 'where do you buy home'

2) cost of labor is only part of it. there are many country having even lower labor cost. even in china, foreign invest tend to be in highest living cost coastal area

3) why yuan peged at 8.28 to dollar? if it was 18.28, dont you think it is more benefit to them?

realtor.com tells me:

owning a home, if you make $100,000 per year in reno, (of course, if you make $10,000 a year, you got to divide everything by 10)

you need make $105,680 in ann arbor

$85,505 in raleigh

$89,211 in albany
