These days ppl with nearly 2 yrs exp are getting gppd package (sometimes 4+).
I am having some frnds in Persistent Pune. they have got 4 offices there in Pune...good work culture etc. She is happy. Only there is no onsite chance. SO negotiate at the time of recruitment as much as u can.
