I have two tables,

columns of first table contains Table name and column name of another table.

I want to retrieve one field from first table and one field from second table (but name of second table is not known until runtime as it is stored in first table)

Can anyone suggest how this can be done in one query if possible?

Look forward to an early reply
Thanks Manohar,

It is solved now, had a weird problem. All is working fine now..

Cheers and Thanks!

I dint get your point about XML stream is empty, could you please elaborate?
I am getting the error at the last line..

DocumentBuilderFactory factory = DocumentBuilderFactory.newInstance();
DocumentBuilder builder = factory.newDocumentBuilder();
Document document = builder.parse(new InputSource(new StringReader(this.xmlToBeParsed)));

Thanks again..

I am building an application which use XForms and Chiba, Chiba and XForms works fine, after doing all the validation and processing, I get an XML String in my servlet..
The XML string is as follows:

<data xmlns="" xmlns:chiba="http://chiba.sourceforge.net/xforms" xmlns:xf="http://www.w3.org/2002/xforms" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">
<order>

article 1

article 2

article 3

article 4

article 5

</order>
<total>0</total>
<formName>address</formName>
</data>

My problem is I want to extract the values from the XML String, I have written a parser but when I use it I am getting this error:

Anyone please help me about where I am making a mistake and why this error is happening?

Cheers!
Ish
HI,

All done.. thanks

Cheers!
Hi,

Many thanks for your reply.
I have installed it and all sample programs are working fine as well. (I have gone through the documentation as well).Actually I have some questions:

1) How can I call my own handler from my XForms page instead of
HttpRequestHandler? (As of now, IT calls HttpRequestHandler class when I submit the form and I want the control to go to my own handler rather than HttpRequestHandler)

2) How and where(Which class) can I get the instance data submitted by the user?

Many thanks
Anyone help please?
Hi All,

Has anyone worked on Chiba? Would like to have some help in the implementation please.

Thanks

Hi,

All my java files are in the jdk\bin directory but still I am not able to compile the Swing classes. The problem is only for swing classes.
I guess this is a classpath problem. Could anyone please let me know which jar file I need to include in classpath for swings?

Look forward to responses
